CA. Sanjay Kumar Chaudhary is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of professional experience in audit, assurance, financial reporting, taxation, risk advisory, donor-funded project audits, insurance, banking, information systems audit and management consulting. He has led numerous assignments for international development organizations, financial institutions, insurance companies, government agencies, NGOs and corporate organizations across Nepal. His expertise includes statutory audits, internal audits, donor compliance reviews, IFRS/NFRS implementation, governance assessments and technology assurance.

Core Practice Areas

• Audit & Assurance: Leading statutory, internal and donor-funded project audits in full compliance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and Nepal Standards on Auditing (NSA).

• NFRS / IFRS Implementation: Directing the transition to and application of Nepal Financial Reporting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards, including consolidation and first-time adoption.

• Taxation & Regulatory Advisory: Corporate, VAT and international tax advisory, tax due diligence and representation before the tax authorities.

• Risk Advisory & Governance: Enterprise risk management, internal control and governance assessments, and fraud risk work, supported by his Forensic Audit and Fraud Detection (FAFD) qualification.
